Why PCDA?
PCDA has replaced the need to redshirt a year.
We preserve your eligibility while you study, train, and play in a year-round, European-length season.
Complete credits towards your degree.
PCDA partners with local colleges near our academies, allowing our student-athletes to make progress towards their degree while enhancing their overall prospects for future athletic success.
Support yourself financially.
During your time at PCDA, our staff will assist you in exploring and finding part-time work opportunities. For instance, some of our student-athletes have obtained licenses as youth soccer referees and coaches, while others have secured employment with local businesses.
Develop into a higher level, more recruitable student-athlete.
By combining the college soccer environment with academics and assisting you in finding supplementary income, PCDA replicates the approach of professional academies worldwide.
Pre-College Development Academy has a rolling application window for high school graduates and college transfers. However, please note that available spaces are limited as we only accept 36 players into the academy.
About PCDA
Our mission is simple. We are currently in the process of establishing a network of post high school residential soccer academies across the U.S.A. Our aim is to bridge the gap between youth soccer and YOUR ‘Next Level.’
Whether you aspire to play college soccer in the U.S.A., pursue academy soccer overseas, or embark on a professional career, it is important to remember that you are still at a young age, with much to learn, and likely in need of more time to develop physically. Statistics indicate that you will require additional time to develop and make a significant impact at the collegiate level.
